Return Policy

At BIGMARTzone, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. B2B (Wholesale/Bulk Orders)

For all B2B and wholesale purchases, customers are strongly advised to check and approve the product sample before placing a bulk order.

B2B Return Terms

  • Product samples should be inspected before confirming the final order.
  • Once the sample is approved and the bulk order is confirmed, returns will not be accepted due to reasons such as change of mind, color, design, size, or quantity.
  • Returns will only be considered if the wrong product is delivered or the product is damaged during transit, subject to verification by BIGMARTzone.
  1. Retail Orders

Retail customers can request a return only if all the following conditions are met:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
  1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be included.
  • The returned product must be exactly the same product supplied by BIGMARTzone.

If any different product, used item, damaged item due to customer misuse, or any other material is found inside the return package, the return request will be rejected.

  1. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • B2B bulk orders after sample approval
  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  1. Return Approval

Every return request is subject to inspection and verification by BIGMARTzone. Approval or rejection of a return request will be communicated after reviewing the submitted information and the returned product.

Important Notice

  • ✅ B2B customers must check and approve the product sample before placing a bulk order.

  • ❌ If a different product or any other item is returned, the return request will be rejected.
