B2B Wholesale Shipping & Payment Terms

For all B2B (Bulk/Wholesale) Orders, the following terms shall apply:

  1. Product Confirmation

Before processing any bulk order, the buyer must confirm the product specifications, quantity, price, and other order details. Once the order is confirmed, it will be considered final.

  1. Advance Payment

After the order is confirmed, the buyer must pay 50% of the total order value as an advance to initiate order processing and production/procurement.

  1. Balance Payment

The remaining 50% payment must be completed before dispatch of the goods. Orders will not be shipped until the full payment has been received and verified.

  1. Transportation & Delivery Charges

All transportation, freight, loading, unloading, insurance (if applicable), and delivery charges shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Buyer’s Own Transport

For large bulk orders, we recommend that the buyer arrange their own transport/vehicle for faster, safer, and more cost-effective delivery. This helps ensure smooth handling of goods and reduces transit-related issues.

  1. Dispatch Confirmation

Once 100% payment has been received, BIGMARTzone will dispatch the goods. Before dispatch, the buyer will be provided with:

  • 📹 A loading/video of the goods
  • 🚚 Vehicle details (if arranged by BIGMARTzone)
  • 📦 Packing details
  • 📄 Invoice and dispatch documents
  • 🚛 Transport/LR or tracking details (where applicable)
  1. Ownership of Goods

Ownership and responsibility for the goods will transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse or when handed over to the buyer’s nominated transporter.

  1. Order Cancellation

After order confirmation and advance payment, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as procurement or production may have already begun. Any approved cancellation may be subject to applicable charges.
