  1. Warranty Coverage
  • Warranty is available only on products that are covered by the manufacturer’s or brand’s warranty policy.
  • The warranty period will be exactly as specified by the manufacturer or brand.
  • If a product comes with a 7-day, 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, or any other warranty period, the same warranty will be applicable to the customer.

  • Warranty is provided by the manufacturer or brand, not by BIGMARTzone, unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of delivery or invoice, as per the manufacturer’s policy.
  • Customers may be required to present the original invoice or proof of purchase while claiming warranty.
  1. Products Without Warranty

Some products may not carry any manufacturer warranty. In such cases:

  • The product page will clearly mention “No Warranty”, if applicable.
  • BIGMARTzone shall not be responsible for warranty claims on such products.

  3. Provide photos or videos if requested.
  4. We will guide you to the manufacturer, authorized service center, or assist you with the warranty process, depending on the product.

Warranty claims will be resolved according to the manufacturer’s policy and may include:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement of the product
  • Replacement of defective parts

Refunds are generally not covered under the warranty, unless specifically approved under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
